Entries must be in by 11:59pm the Sunday BEFORE the rodeo - Essentially 1 week before.
NO LATE ENTRIES! We understand there can occasionally be extenuating circumstances but asking for an exception puts us in a situation to offer it for all who ask and that puts a undue burden on our board.
IF THERE IS A PAYMENT ISSUE ... such as a canceled card or an unique personal circumstance, please contact us at rhrodeo@gmail.com. We do have options on a pre-approved, case-by-case basis.
NON-MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
Non-members are REQUIRED to submit a signed & notarized Hold Harmless Agreement & Code of Conduct at the time of entry, failure to submit forms will result in your entry money being forfeited and you will not be allowed to compete. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance please contact us.

Non-members are eligible for day money payouts (which will be sent via postal mail) but no points toward year-end awards.
